We will promptly confirm receiving the complaint and provide our response in writing within 15 days of the receipt of the complaint. When filing a complaint, please provide information how you wish to receive the response for its accurate delivery. We guarantee that all personal information provided in the complaint will be archived according to the Personal Data Protection Act and will not be used in any other purposes.
